Important information before contacting our technical support

Please Note the following guidelines if you would like to report a problem with either the software or account matters:

  • All communications MUST be in ENGLISH language ONLY.
  • To avoid translations problems and/or conflicts, Any communication that is not in English language will be IGNORED.
  • Please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days!) for us to be able to investigate the problem and try to solve it before getting back to you.
If the problem you have is a software problem, please make sure to include in your email the following information:
  • Your "Customer Id"
  • Your "Microsoft Windows" version number
  • Windows Media Player version
  • The exact error message
  • A description of the problem and the steps required to reproduce it (Only if possible!)
